Signing in guests at events
Spacio makes real estate event planning a breeze. An agent can effortlessly print and distribute a QR code
via postcards, flyers, or outdoor displays, allowing their current and potential clients to register in
advance for their event. In addition, they can share an event link generated by Spacio across various
social platforms such as Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), or directly through email.
Here’s how the agent can get their QR code and an event link:
1. After creating an event, click the More dropdown on the far right.
2. Go to Edit Sign-In Forms.
3. Click Print QR Code.
4. To copy the event link, click on the URL next to Spacio Registration Link.
