STEP 1. Complete Your Profile
A. Once you login to Spacio, start by filling out your profile. Click My Account, and Edit Profile under the My Profile tab.
B. Fill in the form fields. This is the contact details your customers see in the email they receive after signing in.
STEP 2. Add Your Open Houses
A. Click on Add Open House.
B. Enter property details for your open house in the form fields. This information will be emailed to buyers who sign in at your open house.
STEP 3. Manage Your Open Houses
OK, properties are added. Now, it is open house time!

A. Edit Sign-In Form

All sign-in forms have name, email, and phone number fields. You can add up to 6 questions by clicking Edit Sign-In Form.
Add questions by selecting up to 6 questions from the drop down list.

By enabling the "private email sign-in" feature, buyers will have the option of keeping their email private. When selected by buyers, we will assign them a Spacio secure email which you can use to contact them, and they can unsubscribe any time. Agents that use this feature empower more buyers to share accurate contact information and receive 25% more visitors at open houses.
B. Launch Sign-In Form

Click Launch Sign-In Form. You can launch the sign-in form from our web dashboard or from the Spacio iPad app, download it HERE.
Use the x button to close the Sign-In Form after your open house.
C. View Visitors

Click View Visitors to see the list of buyers that came to your open house today.
You can export the list into a CSV file to import into your CRM or other marketing software for newsletters and events.
D. Visitor Details

Click on each Visitor name to view details, edit information, and add a note.
E. Broadcast Messaging

Broadcast emails to selected Visitors to stay in touch.
This is a place where you can provide information, marketing messages and cultivate potential homebuyers.

Let interested buyers know about any price changes, incoming offers, or other similar properties they may like.
